"Like other 1-2 star reviews (of Charlottesville office), I have also experienced the lack of responsiveness from this team. I rarely need help with my policies, but when I do I’ve had issues with either getting in touch (contact leaves and emails aren’t forwarded or no indication is given that they’ve left, so you waste time following up with someone who isn’t with them anymore) or getting a response (even when using their ‘quicker response’ text approach). They’re in the service business. I expect good service which is (but not limited to) timely responses."

"I typically do not leave reviews, but in this case, I felt the need to. Michelle Perry was an amazing agent to work with. I was with Progressive for my auto insurance for 24 years. Michelle was able to work with me and my needs (new driver) to save me quite a bit on my premiums. Progressive was unwilling to work with me, so Michelle got my business.
