And, what's even more important, she took the time to explain the coverage clearly and succinctly. What's even better? It's less expensive than either of those two companies could even as a 15+yr customer. Sure, it is faster to tap a few buttons and get insurance through an app or site, but why do that when you have someone actually looking out for you instead of just trying to sell a product to you?
